What is your returns policy?
We would be happy to help you exchange or return your order! We strive to make our customers happy any way we can.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving your item.
The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging including the Six Thirty Society pouches.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items.
How do I process a return?

In your email please include:
- Your Order Number
- Reason for Return
Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.
Six Thirty Society will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery.
Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be added to your credit note.
Shipping
Orders placed before 11am AEST, Monday to Friday will be processed the same business day.
All domestic orders over $150 AUD are eligible for free shipping.
All domestic orders under $150 AUD incurs a shipping fee.
Free shipping on all orders over $150
$10 shipping fee for order under $150
$15 express shipping fee
All orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time of dispatch.
What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, ApplePay and Google Pay. Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as the order has been placed.
What material do you use?
We invest in the production of our jewellery so that it’s made to last and use sterling silver and brass bases, with a 10K gold coating.
Is Six Thirty Society Sustainable?
Sustainability is always on our minds – because we believe that producing pieces to treasure shouldn’t come at the expense of the planet.
Less is more. We’re passionate about encouraging conscious consumption – we only want our customers to buy pieces that truly last beyond fashion trends.
Six Thirty Society jewellery is intended to be loved for years to come, which is why we create timeless designs that can be worn season after season.
How Do I Care For My Six Thirty Society Jewellery?
To make sure that they stay looking their best and can be worn again and again, it’s a good idea to show your pieces a little love.
We recommend taking jewellery off while bathing, swimming or applying lotions and perfumes.
Store each piece individually – preferably in its Six Thirty Society pouch – and in a cool, dry place.
What happens if my jewellery is faulty?
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your jewellery. We offer free returns on faulty goods if returned within 10 days of the initial order date. Please contact our customer service for a return label: hello@sixthirtysociety.com
